Settings Overview
Settings is the control centre for your school. Open it by clicking the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. The settings panel replaces the main navigation: Setup Checklist sits on its own at the top, followed by the groups below.
Classes, Subjects, Departments, and Campus are not in Settings — they live under School Structure, the last section of the main sidebar, and are shown to anyone who can edit them.
Setup Checklist
Section titled “Setup Checklist”A live progress tracker for your one-time school configuration. Each step links directly to the page where you do it, and steps for Subjects, Grades, Departments, and Staff are auto-detected — they turn green as soon as data exists.

School
Section titled “School”Your school’s identity and calendar.

Access

Modules

| Attendance Mode | Whether attendance is marked once a day or per period, with optional overrides for a specific grade or class |

| Achievement Levels | The reward tiers and their point values that staff pick from when awarding achievement points |
| Student Support | Programs, diagnosis categories, severity levels, and session types for the Student Support module |
| Promotion Rules | Class promotion thresholds. Grade scales are not here — they’re under Examinations → Grading Setup → Grade Scales in the main sidebar. |
Communication
