Landing Page Builder
The Landing Page Builder lets you create and publish a public website for your school at sma.premeena.com/{slug}. It gives you a live preview as you edit, auto-saves every change, and lets you publish or unpublish with a single click.
Opening the Page Builder
Section titled “Opening the Page Builder”There are two ways to reach the Page Builder:
- From the left sidebar of your school dashboard, click Page Builder.
- From Settings → General, click the Build Your Landing Page banner at the top of the page.
Interface overview
Section titled “Interface overview”The Page Builder has three main areas:

Page status badge
Section titled “Page status badge”The status badge in the toolbar shows the current state of your page:

| Draft (amber) | The page has never been published, or was unpublished |
| Draft updated (amber) | The page is published but you have unsaved edits — publish again to push them live |
| Published (green) | The page is live with no pending changes |
Auto-save
Section titled “Auto-save”You do not need to manually save your work. The Page Builder auto-saves your draft 1.5 seconds after you stop typing. A “Saving…” indicator appears briefly in the toolbar while the save is in progress.
Brand settings
Section titled “Brand settings”Open the Brand panel in the sidebar to set the global look of your page.
Upload your school logo — it appears in the navigation bar and the page footer.
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF
- Maximum file size: 256 KB
- Click Upload to choose a file, or click the trash icon on an existing logo to remove it.
Colour palette
Section titled “Colour palette”Choose one of six preset colour palettes that control the accent and background colours across the entire page:

Click a palette swatch to apply it. The preview updates immediately.
Typography
Section titled “Typography”Choose a font pairing that sets the tone of your page:

Hero section
Section titled “Hero section”The hero is the first thing visitors see at the top of your page. Open the Hero panel to edit it.

Stats strip
Section titled “Stats strip”Below the hero sits a strip of four statistics (e.g. “480 Students”, “1:12 Teacher Ratio”). Edit the number and label for each stat directly in the Hero panel.
Managing sections
Section titled “Managing sections”Open the Sections panel to control which content blocks appear on your page and in what order.
Showing and hiding sections
Section titled “Showing and hiding sections”Each section has a visibility toggle. Turn it off to hide that section from the live page without deleting its content. Turn it back on at any time to restore it.
Reordering sections
Section titled “Reordering sections”Use the up ↑ and down ↓ arrow buttons next to each section name to change its position on the page. The preview updates immediately.
The seven reorderable sections are:

Content sections
Section titled “Content sections”Tell your school’s story. Open the About panel to edit:

Academics & Programs
Section titled “Academics & Programs”Showcase the subjects and programmes your school offers. Open the Academics panel.
Each programme card has:

Click Add programme to add a new card. Click the trash icon to remove one. You can add up to 8 programmes.
Admissions
Section titled “Admissions”Guide prospective families through your enrolment process. Open the Admissions panel.
The section has a headline, subtitle, and a call-to-action button that links to your application form. Below that, you can configure up to 4 enrollment steps:
Each step has:
- Title — the step name (e.g. “Submit Inquiry”)
- Description — a brief explanation of what the step involves
The steps are numbered automatically (1–4).
Photo Gallery
Section titled “Photo Gallery”Show off your campus and school life. Open the Gallery panel.
Click Add image and paste the URL of an image. Click the × button on any image to remove it. You can add up to 8 images.
Testimonials
Section titled “Testimonials”Add quotes from parents, students, or staff to build trust with prospective families. Open the Testimonials panel.
Each testimonial has:

Click Add testimonial to add a new one. You can add up to 6 testimonials.
CTA Band
Section titled “CTA Band”A full-width call-to-action strip — ideal for a final push to apply or contact. Open the CTA Band panel.

Contact & Map
Section titled “Contact & Map”Show your school’s location and contact details. Open the Contact panel.

When a map address is entered, an interactive Google Map is automatically embedded in the section, along with a Get Directions button.
Preview mode
Section titled “Preview mode”Click Preview in the toolbar to switch to full-screen preview mode. The sidebar collapses and the page expands to full width — exactly as visitors will see it.
Click Edit to return to edit mode.
Publishing your page
Section titled “Publishing your page”-
Finish editing your content. The draft auto-saves as you work.

Click Preview to review the full page. Switch back to Edit if you need to make adjustments.

Click Publish in the toolbar.
The status badge changes to Published (green) and a View Live link appears.

Click View Live to open your public page in a new tab and confirm everything looks correct.
Updating a published page
Section titled “Updating a published page”Edit any section as normal — changes auto-save to the draft. The status badge changes to Draft updated to remind you there are unpublished changes. When you are ready to go live, click Publish again.
Unpublishing your page
Section titled “Unpublishing your page”Click Unpublish in the toolbar. The page is taken offline immediately and the status reverts to Draft. Your content is preserved — you can re-publish at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Can I have more than one landing page? No — each school has one landing page. You can update and republish it as often as you like.
Where is the landing page URL?
Your page lives at /{slug} — for example, if your school slug is valley-primary, the public URL is sma.premeena.com/valley-primary. You can find and edit the slug in Settings → General.
Do visitors need an account to view the page? No. The landing page is fully public and visible to anyone with the link.
How do I add a gallery image from my school’s photo library? Currently the gallery accepts image URLs only. Upload your photos to any image hosting service (Google Drive with public sharing, Cloudinary, etc.) and paste the direct image URL into the gallery.
