Overview

Premeena organises your school day through four connected building blocks:

Premeena Sections list for the 2026-2027 academic year showing all active class sections — Grade IX and Grade X with assigned teachers, student counts, and timetable groups, the starting point for scheduling
  • Sections — homeroom groups (e.g. Grade 5A, Grade 5B) that exist within an academic year.
  • Timetable Groups — a named period/working-day configuration shared across one or more sections.
  • Section Roster — the list of students enrolled in a section.
  • Timetable — the per-section subject-and-teacher schedule built on top of a timetable group.

In the app’s sidebar, Sections and Section Roster are under School Structure (the last section — the part you set up once a year), while Timetable, where timetable groups are also managed, is under Scheduling.

  1. Create at least one Timetable Group and configure its working days and periods.
  2. Create your Sections and assign each one to a timetable group.
  3. Enrol students into sections via the Section Roster.
  4. Build the Timetable by assigning subjects and teachers to each period slot.
